All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Please review your order carefully upon delivery. If there is a mistake, shortage, incorrect item, or defective merchandise, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. Once verified, we will issue a credit after the item is returned in unopened, original condition with all packaging intact.
All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) and must be sent back within two weeks of delivery. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the issue was on our end.
Promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Since we do not have a minimum order quantity (MOQ), we offer sample purchases so customers can review products before placing larger orders. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that this replaces the need for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
