• Photo Sample 
• 14 Working days after sample approval
• $45 Set up fee (one-time fee per logo) - The fee will be waived if sending DST files.
• Design mock-up artwork request (Optional) - $45.00

Policy

• All claims for shortages, damages or incorrect merchandise must be made to us within 3 days from receipt of goods.
• We do NOT release digitized files to the customer.
• All customized hats are not exchangeable or refundable.
