    1. What is the turnaround time if I place an order today?

    Orders placed before 3 PM (CT) usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM ship the next business day. Shipping times are not guaranteed, but we always do our best to get your order out ASAP! 

    2. Where do you ship from?

    We ship from Los Angeles, CA or Houston, TX—whichever location is closest to your shipping address. Please note: If inventory is not available at one location, your order will ship from another warehouse.

    3. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

    There’s no minimum! You can mix and match styles, and you can purchase samples.

    4. What is your Return & Refund policy? 

    All sales are final and we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, unless there is a defect or error on our part. Sample purchases are available to review products before larger orders. For full details, see our Return & Refund Policy. 

    5. I logged in but I am not seeing wholesale prices. Why is that? How do I apply for a wholesale account?

    You must first apply for a wholesale account. Please apply by clicking Sign Up and completing the required steps. 

    7. How can I see wholesale pricing? 

    Wholesale pricing is only visible to approved, logged-in wholesale [B2B] accounts. 

    6. If I don’t meet the requirements for a wholesale account, can I still purchase hats for personal use?

    Absolutely! You can still purchase our hats at regular retail pricing. 

    8. Why are your hats more expensive than other hat brands? 

    We take pride in prioritizing quality over mass production. Our hats are made with premium materials and durable construction to ensure a better fit, feel, and long-lasting wear. Once you see and feel our hats in person, the difference speaks for itself compared to lower-cost brands.
