FAQ

 

How do I get wholesale price?

Our company DOES NOT provide wholesale price if you don’t sign up as a wholesaler. Please sign up first and email  a copy of your tax ID or business license to info@pitbullcap.com. We will review your information and change you as a valid wholesaler within 24 hours.

 

 

Can I return items?

All sales are final.  We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any merchandise.  The only exception is in the event you receive wrong or damaged items.  Any problems must be reported within 3 days of delivery of item.

 

 

Do I get a large volume discount?

We have a case price(12 DZ) on most of our items. For more information, please email  info@pitbullcap.com

 

 

Do you have a showroom, and can I pick up my order locally?

We do have a showroom, 1301 S. Main St #102 L.A, C.A 90015.  You may pick up your order at our showroom. Simply place an order online and indicate that you will pick up your order. Shipping fee will be fully refunded after pick-up.

 

 

Do you do custom order (custom embroidery, tag etc) ?

Yes, minimum quantity is 1440 piece and it will take 3 months to be processed. And there is 50% initial deposit before processing. For more information, info@pitbullcap.com

 

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship via UPS Only.

 

 

Some of the items are missing from my order. Why?

We cannot guarantee that all items are in stock at the time that your order is processed. If there are out of stock items, you should be able to see ‘out’ on the items on invoice. And you should receive a refund within 1-2 business days (we will also refund shipping difference).

 

 

How soon will I get my order?

Normally all orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days of receiving your payment. Please note that we will not process your order until it has been paid for. The delivery time may vary depending on your location; you may call us to find out how long it will take for your order to reach your location.

 

 

How are items shipped and how do you calculate the shipping and handling?

The default shipping option is via UPS ground. You can also choose UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air. The shipping charge will be calculated after you enter your address on check out, but before the order is placed. The shipping will be around 10% for most ground orders. But it will be more or less depending on the weight of the wholesale items on your order and your shipping address.

 

 

How do I pay for my purchases?

We accept all major credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). You can also pay us through Paypal service. We do not ship COD. We will not process your order until we have received the payment.

 

 

Is there a minimum order?

No, there is no minimum for all orders.

 

 

Do I have to have a tax ID/business license to order from your company?

You need to transmit a copy of your state’s sales or use tax permit to us if you want to order products at wholesale price.  If you are a retail customer , all you need to do is placing the order online.
